HYE Ho, LETS GO !

Hello,

 Since i've been away for a long time ..... i will story all i have been through whole this passed mid term break .

Firstly, my parents has decided to move to Rasah kemayan country club,SEREMBAN 2 . Soo, i was busy painting decorating washing and bla bla bla with the new house.


naah, this is my new house looks like . just a nice small cottage :)

Secondly , we went a trip to PORTDICKSON ! again ~ . We enjoy riding banana boat on a big waves since this is a monsoon season . I shout like a hell i guess . Then , we enjoy the sunset while celebrating syafiq's birthday . :)


Few days ago , We had another birthday partayy ! Its Airy embun soksek suprise party . Airy was fully blindfold until reach to eleven and then he had a big suprised there . Only we knows :)



LASTLYYYY, i had to move out from my malacca house by tomorrow . haiyoo , what a tiring weekend !

ANNIVERSARY AND SPAGHETTAYY !

Few days ago , it was my friend anniversary . He asked me what should he do and what should he buy fr her girlfriend. Without any delay , i answered him . I was so excited because his girlfriend is my friend to. A close friend and she is kind of sweet person . Me and my friend planned to have a candle dinner with lots of candle and he cooked by himself a spaghetti for his girlfriend since his girlfriend. I will only help him with the decorations and give him an instructions how to cooked the spaghetti .

spaghetti bolognese recipe :
 
250g/ 8oz spaghetti
1 onion
100g/ 4oz mushrooms
1 green pepper (optional)
15g/ 1/2 oz margarine
250g/ 1/2 lb minced beef
1 rounded tbsp flour
1 large can tomatoes
100ml/ 4 fluid oz water
1 stock cube
salt, pepper
cheese powder

Method :
Peel and chop the onions and pepper. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Melt the margarine in a large pan. Fry the onions, pepper, and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the mince and fry, stirring gently, until it is brown. Stir in the flour, and the tomatoes and stock cube. Add the water if it seems necessary, then add salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then simmer very gently with the lid on, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti: put a large pan of water on to boil. Add salt. Add the spaghetti and when the water comes back to the boil, cook for 10-15 minutes. Drain in a colander and put on a hot dish. Pour the sauce and cheese powder on top of the spaghetti and serve. :)
